Promoting and Demoting One or Multiple Tasks (Level Up / Level Down)

To promote or demote the level of one or multiple tasks, highlight the task or multiple tasks with your cursor and click Level Up or Level Down. A total of 15 Levels can be achieved. The Level Up or Level Down functions also format the colors of the tasks for Level 1 and Level 2 tasks which Level 3 tasks onwards have white background.

To manually change the task highlight color, simply enter 1,2,3, or blank on the first column of the task beside the WBS column. However, this will not change the indent level of the Task.
