Insert One or Multiple New Tasks/ Delete Task

Inserting a Single Task

To insert a single task, please your cursor at the task where you would like to insert a new task below and click Insert New Task.

You will be prompted to select the Task Level. Choose the type of Task Level that you want and click ok. At this point you can also key in the number of new tasks that you want to insert. A new blank task line with the correct formatting and formula will be added below your current task line.

Inserting a Multiple Tasks

To Insert Multiple Tasks at one Go, you can highlight the number of rows that you want to insert. XL-EasyGantt will recognize the number of rows you have highlighted and insert the number of new tasks below the first task that you had highlighted. You can also change the number of tasks to insert by changing the number.

Deleting a Task

To prevent accidental tasks delete, XL-EasyGantt only allows you to delete one task at a time.
To delete a Task, simple place your cursor at the task line and click the Delete Task button.
