Calendar Date
Picker

The Calendar date picker will be
automatically displayed once your have place your cursor in
Start date or Finish date field.
Click on the date to select the date. The Calendar picker
will be closed automatically once the date has been
selected.
You can change the font sized by clicking
on the arrow buttons. |

If you have selected an inappropriate entry
for the Start date or Finish date, the dates will be
highlighted in red. |
Calendar
Days Calculation

Calendar days refers to the duration of the
task. It will be calculated automatically. |
Work Days
Calculation
 |
Work days refers to the number of actual work
days for the task, excluding weekends and holidays. |
Setting
Calendar Start Date and End Date (Shortcut CTL-Shift
S)

To set the Calendar Start and End date, click
on the Settings button on the Tool bar or press CTL-Shift S
to display the settings dialog box.
Select the Calendar Tab.
Select the Start Date and End Date.
Click Save.
This will determine how many columns and
days will be displayed in the Gantt Chart. If the number of
dates exceed the number of allowable column, only the number
of allowable columns will be plotted. To view beyond the
displayed dates, use the scroll bar on top of the Gantt
Chart. |
Day / Week Interval Settings (Shortcut CTL-Shift S)

To set the Calendar Interval, click on the
Settings button on the Tool bar or press CTL-Shift S to
display the settings dialog box.
Select to plot the Gantt Chart in Days interval or Weeks
interval. Then click Save.

First Working Day of Week Settings
(Shortcut CTL-Shift S)

This feature is only available for the
buddies and professional version.
You can choose which is the first day of the week by making
your selection in the section and click Save.

Date Format
Settings (Shortcut CTL-Shift S)

You can change the Date Display Format used in the Gantt
Chart by making this selection.

Holidays
Entries and Highlight on Gantt Chart

This feature is only available for the
buddies and professional version.
Holidays entered in the Data sheet will be highlighted in
Red on the Gantt Chart Header.
