documentations. With the appropriate use of graphics to enhance the
presentations and documentations would usually produce better results in attracting the
stakeholders' and project sponsors' attention.

some of the common freewares that I often use and I had also used
them to create this site.

Irfanview
Irfanview is really one of the best graphic
viewing, cropping, resizing tool that is light and easy to use.
UltraSnap
UltraSnap comes in extremely useful when you
need to do screen captures, fast resizing and to do simple
enhancements to the captured graphic with the ability to auto
generate buttons, feathering and much more.
GIMP2
GIMP2 is the best Open Source multi-layer
photo painter that is as good as Adobe Photoshop.
Inkscape
Inkscape is the freeware equivalent of
Coreldraw.
