Some users may face with some errors when you launch XL-EasyGantt or when you click on the pop-up calendar to pick the dates. This most likely is due to the lack of the proper calendar control on your system which normally is installed with Microsoft Excel.
XL-EasyGantt uses the mscal.ocx, calendar control version 11.0 As one of the users has shared, you can get a copy from

Follow the instructions as shared by fontstuffs to install the calendar control on your system.
