Condition FormattingConditional Formatting is a very useful feature of Microsoft Excel that you can use to format the background color and the text format of each cell based on a set of criteria. We can access this function by first placing the cursor in the cell that we want to apply the formatting, followed by selecting Format>Conditional Formatting. A separate window will be shown (see below)
We can apply a total to 3 conditions to each cell, either by using a simple cell value checking or by entering a Formula.
